Prepayment Policy
In order to make a reservation at the Delian Collection Mykonos Luxury Hotel Accommodation in Glastros, it is necessary that 20% of the total cost of your stay (for long stays), or the amount of 1 overnight stay (for short stays) be prepaid via:
- travelers' cheque
- credit card (Visa, AMEX, Diners and MasterCard)

In the case that reservation is made via credit card, a hotel credit card authorization and acceptance form must be completed in order to confirm your Mykonos accommodation.

Cancelation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, then 40% of the total amount of the stay is charged
- 8 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, then 20% of the total amount of the stay is charged
- In case of no show, 20% of the total amount of the stay is charged
