CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date during the low season, then 20% of the total amount of the stay is charged
- 14 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date during the middle season, then 20% of the total amount of the stay is charged
- 20 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date during the high season, then 20% of the total amount of the stay is charged
- In case of no show or early departure, 20% of the total amount of the stay is charged
