Prepayment Policy
In order to make a reservation at the Giannoulaki Hotel Mykonos for your luxury Mykonos accommodation, it is necessary that 20% of the total cost of your stay (for long stays), or the amount of 1 overnight stay (for short stays) be prepaid via:
- credit card (Visa, AMEX and MasterCard)

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, then 40% of the total amount of the stay is charged
- 8 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, then 20% of the total amount of the stay is charged
- In case of no show, 20% of the total amount of the stay is charged
